Philcrafter's Ent. is form by a group of highly skilled Filipino wood carvers with a vast of experience In making a mahogany wood military aircraft models, Commercial/Private Jets and Airliners, Helicopters, wooden Plaque, boat and warships like cruiser, aircraft carriers and destroyers, HMS Victory, US Navy/Royal Navy Battleships. We have thousands of different model ranging from World War I/Vintage aircrafts up to the modern military fighter planes. We specialist in custom made model, We can make any model in any paint scheme and any size completely based on your own specification. The model is replicated from the original aircraft itself.
Our models are made of finish Kiln/sun-dried Philippine Mahogany wood. A lot of skill and hard work goes into every piece of our models. Highly detailed, intricate designs are also excellent for incised work. It was handcrafted and hand painted by our skilled craftsmen and top artist. MOLDING AND CARVING THE MODEL.
The first process of building the model is molding and carving the wood. Our carvers meticulously examine the 3 view drawing and digital pictures of the drawing to attain the 100% replica of the model. We don't used any machine to carved this model we are only using hand tools like knives, chisels and gouges.
PUTTYING/SANDING Applying putty and sanding for several layers of coats is applied for almost 7 to 10 times to attained the equal distribution of coat. We used primer and basecoats to ensure that the model is very flawless and smooth finish before painting.
 
COLOR SPRAYING After the putty and sanding we are now coloring the model its usually applied airbrush spray, we used pantone color to ensure best color matching based on the actual aircraft. We used a high quality acrylic paint to give a very high quality result.
ARTWORK PAINTING We delicately paint the livery of model each of the details from fuselage, door, undercarriage, engine cowlings, hatches and tails. Based on the original color scheme of actual aircraft. We have very talented group of artist with almost 15 years of experience.
